Nurses and Receptionists

We have many qualified and experienced nurses and receptionists who help us to provide excellent service and care for our patients.

All of our reception staff have a wealth of experience to assist you and will be pleased to Answer any questions you may have with regards to administration or as well as your dental procedures.

Nurses

Gill McGibbon:
Gill has worked at Busby House as a dental nurse since June 2003; she started off with James Burns, then James Rocha, then Sen Senthilnathan and is currently working with Pavitraj Pandher. She also orders and maintains the stock for the practice.

Naomi Randell:
Naomi has worked as a dental nurse at Busby House since it opened in 1985 but worked at the Park Road practice for 2 years prior to their move here. She left in 1987 to start a family and returned full time after having her second child in 1992. She is also in-charge of rota’s and holiday for the nursing and reception team.

Hannah Curtis:
Hannah has worked at Busby House as a dental nurse since August 2006, she qualified May 2007. She currently works with Diane Stewart. She is hoping to go to Bristol University to train as a hygienist.

Rachael Tillbrook:
Rachael has worked as a Dental Nurse and Receptionist at Busby House since Aug 2006. She is one of Busby House’s only girls to train in both at the same time and is equally efficient in each job title.

Stevie Edwards:
Stevie has been working/training as a Dental nurse at Busby House since December 2007, she is currently working with Fiona Patch. She is hoping to eventually go to university to train as a hygienist.

Catriona MacDonald:
Catriona has worked as a dental nurse at Busby House since 2004. She is currently nursing with James Burns who she has worked with since she started.

Receptionist

Pat Hutton:
Pat has worked as a receptionist at Busby House since April 2002, maintaining great continuity for our patients. She is a valued team member.

Maxine Page:
Maxine has worked at Busby House since September 2003, she started as a receptionist and after a year turned her hand to nursing for Rachael Haycock, she has currently ventured back to reception as acting head receptionist.

Heather Thorne: Heather has just joined the Busby house team as a receptionist. She may consider nursing in the near future.

Paula Denton:
Paula has worked with Busby House since 1987; she was as a dental nurse full time for 8 years and then went on to reception full time. She left to start a family in 2000 and is currently working part time with us as a receptionist.

Paula Williams (practice manager):
Paula has worked at Busby House since it opened in 1985, but worked at the Park Road practice for 3 years prior to their move here. She started as a dental nurse and after 8 years became practice manager. She left to start a family in 1991 and came back part time after her second child in 1994.
